If you're looking for a good bio form, this one works pretty well! It's Optional, but if you were looking for one, here one is!
Name
If you are part of a Clan, your name must be two words. Kit names end in 'kit', apprentices in 'paw', and everything else must be something that makes sense when combined. Cats must understand the meaning of said words, so no 'Glittertoes' or something. If you have a non-Clan cat, your name can be anything, really.
Age
This is measured in moons only! 1 moon is equal to a month. Kits are from 2-5 moons, apprentices from 6 to about 12-14 moons, and warriors are warriors from about 13-50 moons or so. Most warriors retire around then, but some, like Whitestorm in the warriors books, stay for longer.
Gender
Is your cat a tom or she-cat? Toms are male, and she-cats are female.
Clan
What clan is this cat in, if any?
Kin
List any relatives of the cat.

This is only needed for cats in a clan. The high ranks are to be used only if told to do so by an admin. If the cat isn't part of a clan, select None.
Quick Description
A very short description about your cat. All I need in this section is the main fur color, and their eye color. Save the details for next. Only needs 1 sentence.
Picture Perfect
This is optional. If you have a picture, post the link here.
Eye Color
Keep things real. No pink eyes! Red eyes are for pure white cats only, and purple for blind ones.
Peek Into A Looking Glass
What does your cat look like? This must be descriptive, and shows what color fur the cat has, their size, any scars, fur length. Keep things normal! This needs a minimum of 6 sentences.
Through Mind's Eye
How your cat acts. No perfect cats. It's okay if they seem perfect but have a major flaw or something like that, but they can't be the perfect model for all the little kits in the Clan. If you're at a loss for words, you can talk about how your character acts around peers, elders, etc. Minimum of 6 to 7 sentences.
The Life and Times
What has this cat experienced? What did they do in the past? Kits need only 3 sentences, apprentices need 5, warriors need 8, and leaders need 10. Try to keep sob-stories to a minimum. You do not need to make bios for living relatives. Keep it real.
RP Sample
